For flights to some countries, the airline companies must provide additional information about their passengers to the governments of the respective countries.
That is why we request the scans of the required documents from our users for certain destinations.
Upon booking, our Customer Care Service Team will send you an email with the list of the data to be additionally entered in your booking.
How do I enter visa and other data in the booking?
To enter visa data in the booking, go to
"My account" – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #" – "Edit order" – "Add Visa Details." For more details, please follow this
link.
Please note!- You must add the required data no later than 72 hours before the departure. If you are booking a ticket less than 72 hours before the departure, please provide your details to the Customer Care Service agent.
- If you do not know the required information before the flight, the check-in and passport control may be problematic or impossible.
- If we are not able to issue your ticket without mandatory additional information, we will contact you. If you refuse to provide the additional information, your booking will be cancelled. The refund will be processed in accordance with the fare rules.
- You are responsible for complying with the rules of crossing the border, correct details of visa and other documents. The expiry date of your passport must comply with the requirements of the destination countries.
- For transit flights through several countries, the passenger should have a transit visa or another visa of such a country. For more information please contact, the consulate/embassy of the relevant countries.
