1. Log in to the website and go to “My account” – "My orders" – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #"– “Edit order.”
2. Choose the passenger/booking you want to cancel and the reason.
3. Attach the necessary documents that will be listed after you select the refund reason.
4. Click on "Send request".
