Civil aviation, customs and border control authorities and police have the right to check the carry-on and checked baggage and the passengers of the aircraft. The examination can be made both at the airport and in-flight.
In the event of the passenger's refusal from screening/checking baggage, the airline company has thex right to deny carriage of the passenger. If needed, the checking can be made without passenger's consent.
