Smart Ticket service
Manage your order with the "Smart Ticket" service: change the data or return the ticket without paying a consultation fee for each change.If the fare rules of your ticket allow the following actions, you can:
- adjust the travel date;
- change the flight route;
- edit the passenger's passport data;
- return your ticket.
The service allows saving up to 60% of the cost of making amendments. You pay only the fines and the difference in the cost of the ticket for the new date / route. If you decide to return the ticket, the refund amount is calculated according to the rules of the airline.Note:- You can buy the service only at the stage of creating an order. After the ticket is issued, this service is not available.
- The service applies to all passengers in the order.
- The service is non-refundable.
- If you want to reissue a ticket after not showing up for the flight, the changes will be made according to the current rules of the fare, and the cost of the Smart Ticket service is included as a consultation fee.
