The airline can unilaterally cancel flights or make changes to the schedule. We inform the passenger about this via an email. To know all the necessary information or to find out quickly about all the changes in your booking, order an SMS-notification service!
On Kissandfly.com website you can choose SMS-notifications:
- In case of flight cancellation and postponement — you will receive an SMS about the change. The detailed information about the flight will be sent to your email.
- The detailed description of the flight itinerary — option «Mobile route». You will receive a message, where there will be specified: a booking number, a ticket number, an airline locator, date and time, an airport, a departure/arrival terminal (not always available, depending on the airline). When ordering the service more than 48 hours before the departure, you will receive 2 SMS: one directly after the payment and ticket issuance, another — 24 hours before the departure.
- Information about your order (booking number, ticket number, airline locator) — option «SMS-ticket».
- Message about plane landing to the specified phone number.
The cost of the SMS-notification will be indicated on the service selection page.
Please note:
- SMS-notification service is available only during ticket purchase;
- we can not influence the airline's actions, since we are only an intermediary between the airline and the passenger;
- if the airline did not cancel/change the flight, i.e. did not make any changes and, accordingly, the SMS-notification was not sent, the cost of the service is not refunded;
- in case of tickets refund (for any reason), the service money is not returned;
- SMS-notifications do not change the itinerary receipt, which you will receive on your email during ticket issuance, we recommend our passengers to print it out and save till the end of the flight.
The information indicated in the SMS is of an informative nature. We recommend you to keep an eye on the messages that are sent to your email.
